Ginger Beer Powder
Viva Ginger Beer is a blend of ingredients that come in a sachet of 500gm that once mixed with warm water and left in the sun for 2 days will brew into a strong ginger beer which tastes great!
How do I brew it?
Pour the contents of the sachets into a 5l plastic bottle add warm water (preferably around 30 degrees Centigrade). Close the lid and shake until all the powder has dissolved. . It is important to leave the lid off the bottle as the brewing process releases gas. Wait over 24 hours and enjoy your freshly brewed Viva Ginger Beer.
Ingredients: Sugar,Yeast, Ginger ,Salt, Acidity Regulator (E334,E336)
The product comes in a sealed 500 gram sachet.
