How To Detach:
- Open Safety Latch
- Hold Knife Handle in Right Hand and Cutting Board Handle in Left.
- Exert an Upward Pushing Force on the Right-Hand Knife Handle to Release from Socket. Then Exert a Light upward Force and Pull Handle Outwards.

How To Attach:
- Push Knife Handle Back in Towards the Socket.
- Then Close both handles and Attach the Safety Latch. This will insert the Knife Handle into the Socket.
