Application
1.file and shape nails
2.apply base coat
3.dip into color powder
4.tap off extra powder, dust off excess with powder brush
5.repeat step 2,3,4
6.apply activator and air dry, polish nails
7.apply activator again.
8.apply a thin layer of top coat and air dry
9. apply the second layer of top coat, allow to air dry
