The Inspire Tri-Blade has three blades that can be used the serrated blade for soft skins, the swivel blade for quick and easy peeling and the julienne blade which creates fine strips to add a decorative flair to salads and meals. To use the Peeler simply select your blade and lock the blade into position. The Tri-Blade Peeler is easy to use, not recommended for the dishwasher as salt residue may cause rust-like pit marks on the blade of the Peeler.
