Cans are put through rigorous internal testing, careful monitoring and random batch tests to ensure consistent quality

Leak proof testing: the can is filled with water and internal pressure is raised to 2.5 bar. During the test the cans pressure strength, leak resistance and stability is tested in circumstances of changing internal pressure.

Drop test: The can is filled with water and is dropped from 1.2 or 1.8m, this test verifies the cans strength and it’s ability to remain leak-proof post a fall.

Fire and heat test: The can is filled with 10 litres of fuel and set alight for 120 seconds to verify the cans heat and explosion resistance.
