Rather than invest in a whole appliance to steam your food, this steamer can be inserted into your existing pots to instantly turn them into a steamer. The lotus leaf design allows it to be used in a variety of pots, and the central spine makes it easy to remove. This steamer will retain natural flavours and nutrients and reduce cooking time. Place ± 2cm of water in the bottom of a pot. Place the steamer basket into the bottom of the pot and open the folded leaves so they rest on the sides of the pot. Fill with the food you wish to cook, ensuring that you can still fit the lid onto the pot. Cook as normal.
