WHY CARE FOR THE WOOD?
Without a Food Safe protective wood finish - wood will absorb just about all the juices and aromas it comes in touch with. A soapy washing regime can only further dry out the wood and eventually lead to cracking. At worse - moisture building up in the wood can cause it to rot inside, deform the wood and stimulate the build-up of bacteria. Use this oil to condition and protect your wood items on kitchen duty!
