- 90 sport modes are available to track specific metrics based on what is selected. Some sport modes will be automatically detected, but all can be manually activated. Some sport mode examples include Outdoor Running, Walking, Indoor Cycling, Open Water Swimming, Pool Swimming, Elliptical, Climbing, Trail Running, Treadmill, Skiing, Outdoor Cycling, and Free Training.
PAI Score
- Personal Activity Intelligence, or PAI, is an overall health score that makes it convenient to generally track your overall health. It's based on an algorithm that combines heart rate, exercise time, and other information.
Sleep & Nap Monitoring
- Getting a good amount of sleep is essential to having the most productive day possible. The GTR 2 is designed to accurately measure how much light, deep, and REM sleep you get each night. You can use this analysis to make changes that can maximize your sleep quality. In addition to your normal overnight sleep, the feature can recognize and track naps of at least 20 minutes.
Stress Monitoring
- Regularly elevated stress levels can be detrimental to your health. To help you keep calm, the GTR 2 smartwatch has the ability to tell you about your current state of stress. It will display whether you're relaxed, normal, are at medium level stress, or a high level of stress.
Music Playback
- With 3GB of storage capacity, you can leave your phone at home while you exercise and listen to your favorite motivational tracks. Simply load up your files and pair your favorite Bluetooth headphones.
Hands-Free Calls & Offline Voice Control
- A built-in microphone and speaker in the GTR 2 gives you the ability to answer incoming calls and speak to someone through the watch. You can also use this feature to speak voice commands to the GTR 2. Turn on sport modes, open heart rate monitoring, and other features on the watch.
