Jacobs Pastries Easy Pre-mixes are fun and super easy to prepare
To 1kg Ralph’s white muffin mix add
three (3) eggs,
two hundred (200) ml of oil
and three hundred (300) ml of water.
Mix the muffin mixture and place in muffin trays.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 35 minutes
Add Chocolate chips or chopped berries in. It is a wonderful base to play with when it comes to your baking experiments. Or use it as is.
Fantastically quick easy for that birthday you completely forgot about.
It is also great for freezing and just popping it in a lunchbox on the way to school or the office.
